The fully redesigned 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque has a premium cabin, a refined ride, and exceptional off-road ability. Its predicted reliability rating, however, is subpar. Because the Evoque hasn't been fully crash tested, we don’t assign it a class rank or overall score. The 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque is a pretty good luxury subcompact SUV. It has a high-end cabin with lots of high-tech safety features, standard all-wheel drive, and solid handling. However, its performance isn’t flawless. Its base engine is underpowered for an SUV of its weight, and its transmission and steering could be more precise. It's one of the best off-roaders in the class, but check out rivals if you plan to stick to paved roads. Many competitors offer more cargo space, a higher predicted reliability rating, and better fuel economy estimates.Should I Buy a New or Used Land Rover Range Rover Evoque?
Land Rover redesigned the Evoque for the 2020 model year, adding more standard features – including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and the Terrain Response 2 system – a new mild-hybrid powertrain option, and slightly more rear-seat space. For 2020, Land Rover also introduced some new available features, including ClearSight Ground View, which projects a virtual image of what’s beneath the front of the vehicle through the touch screen. You could likely save money with a used model, but you’d miss out on the new Evoque’s substantial updates. This Land Rover seats up to five people on leather upholstery, and the front occupants get 10-way power-adjustable seats. Options include ventilated and heated front seats, front seats with added power adjustability, massaging front seats, heated rear seats, upgraded leather upholstery, and a heated steering wheel. The 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque has 21.5 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats and 50.5 cubic feet with them folded down. That’s about average for the class, though rivals like the Jaguar E-Pace have more room. A power liftgate and a gesture-based liftgate, which allows you to open the liftgate by waving your foot under the bumper, are available.
