The second-generation Kia Forte was something of a dud, so we were quite pleased in our first drive of the current third-generation car, which was introduced for 2020. First of all, it looked much better, gaining thoughtfully executed styling cues that bore similarities to Kia's Stinger performance car. The interior was markedly improved too, earning comparisons to much higher-end vehicles in our 2020 Car of the Year evaluations.
